I thought the rooms were clean (could have used an extra towel/wash cloth) and fairly quiet for a Friday night. It’s dog friendly but really no where to walk your dog. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was a great. We’d stay again.
This Baymont was excellent! The facility is super clean & makes you think you’re staying in an expensive hotel! The room was really nice & the beds were very comfortable. Chocolate chip cookies welcomed us in the evening and the morning breakfast had nice options. We would highly recommend this convenient location right off of I-25!
I didn’t love the bathroom but it got the job done. The service seemed average, the man who checked us out didn’t seem friendly. For me the worst part is the change in breakfast times for the weekend, we still had to wake up early and missed it completely. The location is alright, yes they have Burger King, subway, and Starbucks all within walking distance but the area doesn’t seem very nice, I would walk if absolutely necessary. The good thing was the room was clean and the hotel is clean and comfortable. Again the hotel itself was nice and felt safe with a gated parking and only for that reason I give it 4 stars.
This is our stop when traveling. Never a problem. Online pre-check in. Room always clean as well as lobby area and hallways. The morning breakfast buffet has everything on it. We were especially impressed this morning as there was a big tour bus at the hotel and dining area was full. All of the food was well stocked. Easy access to the interstate.
Convenient and clean. All the staff that I interacted with were excellent. Kind and accommodating. I would recommend getting a room on the top floor of possible, just due to noise transfer through the ceiling
Very nice professionalstaff. I visited with my service dog, they have a nice little dog area. Extremely clean hotel. Good hot breakfast. Plenty of parking. Great location with numerous restaurants near by
We really enjoy staying at this hotel. Always clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good. They had Hatch Chili peppers on the side to add to your eggs that were FANTASTIC. All of the people who work there a very friendly a d helpful. The only real problem I had was with the tub-shower. The tub was extremely slick and only one grab handle as you enter the tub. The shower head was worn out so it didn't have much of a spray pattern. Otherwise it was a great stay for 4 nights.
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much. Wasn't disappointed. When we checked in there was a very nice young man there, we checked in about 5pm or so. He was pleasant The hotel was close to the venue where we attending a concert at, so it was perfect. I guess the only thing I can say was that there was no bottle water in the hotel to purchase. The room was clean, and the bed was super comfy. Plenty of lighting outside in the parking lot, and the area around the hotel felt safe. Close to the freeway, and some food places. Was a last minute reservation and being that all the hotels were booked due to Balloon Fiesta, we were so thankful we found a place to stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and we will definitely stay there again in the future
